Paydays
We send an email to you on payday to remind you to log in to your secure online account where you can conveniently access your account anywhere you have an internet connection. You can even pay contractors!
Your payday screen lists your employees and their pay types. Simply enter hours for your hourly employees and any special pay, like overtime or vacation. You can create paychecks for instant calculations or run payroll and issue employee compensation using direct deposit.

Tax Filings
The IRS requires that tax payments be reported quarterly on Form 941 and annually on Form 940. We send email reminders when it's time for you to file your forms to help you stay organized. You will be able to review the details of your completed federal tax forms anytime and print paper copies for your files using our online app. When you have reviewed your forms, simply click submit to file electronically!
We also send email reminders when it's time to file your state tax forms. Electronic filing is provided in certain states where electronic filing is available. In states where electronic filing is not available, we provide you with signature ready forms to print, sign, and mail in. In states where electronic filing or signature ready forms are not available, we will provide you with worksheets with all the numbers you need to file state forms.
W-2's
W-2's are automatically prepared for all your employees at year end. Print employee copies right from your printer on perforated or plain paper using our online app. Your W-2's are filed electronically with the Social Security Administration just by clicking submit.
Real Time Reports
View detailed reports online that drill down to individual employees or view and analyze trends of the entire company at any time. Choose reports based off date ranges you choose that can be exported to Microsoft Excel.
